Thanks so much for posting this information! I’ve been in China off-and-on for the last 10 years, and this is one of the many ‘taboo’ subjects us expats have little or no information about.

I cannot tell you how difficult it is to communicate important issues in the land of Red (even for a guy!).

Hopefully, after people posts like this one, more expats will use the ‘anonymity’ of website posts to detail important information like this.
