Congratulations, one year eh? Did you like China when you first arrived? Do you feel the same about it now? I'm only at the 8 month mark so far. I've got alot less language books (and probably alot less language for that matter)... But I'm pleased to say that I'm enjoying living here as much now as when I first arrived. It's very good to be where you are meant to be!

Hi Elizabeth- as I said earlier, I was amazed at how well you not only spoke but could read Mandarin- wow- it gives me motivation to try again. This post is also a test of the "comment" problem I've been having as I am in NOLA and using my friend's computer so we'll see if the problem is with your blocks or mine- I hope. Have a great year anniversary- Love you, Diane

Cool.
How shocked I am. How a great girl I have ever met.

Hi Mr. Jenkins,
It depends. Different regions in China have very different weather situations.
Especially in Kunming, the weather varies a lot, today rainny and torrow sunny, this moment rainny and next minute sunny and even this street rainy and that street sunny.

Wow! A year. I'm so proud of you. And I've often thought that many language textbooks are not realistic in their set-ups. But your progress is truly amazing. I hear it's raining like crazy in China. love from the Dad
